Job Description
- Carries responsibility for daily report (delay, waiting, pending, working cases)
- Carries responsibility for Service Bulletin (deliver any update from vendor to Subordinates)
- Carries responsibility for coding extra spare parts to be reassigned to the warehouse
- Carries responsibility for team coaching and report subordinate performance to the supervisor
- Ensures that work is carried out in line with RAYA working instructions, operating procedures and policies
- Executes repair work diligently and in line with promised deliverables and within standard operating procedures
- Operates with QMS, EMS, OHAS Req. and ESD Req. standards
- Ensures that work is carried out efficiently at high quality and within the budgeted time limits for the job
- Ensures that data and other information is dealt with accurately and in line with standard practice
- Ensures correct and efficient utilization of resources (tools, spins, etc) as per job requirements
- Strives to maintain customer satisfaction and to generate repeat work
