Job Description
- Ensures that all invoices and check requests received are in conformance with financial policies and regulations.
- Verifies that all processed payments, transactions, and checks are in accordance with the contracts and purchase orders’ payment terms, agreements, tax laws and regulations.
- Monitors vendors accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments processing.
- Performs regular accounts reconciliation to flag any outstanding balances for immediate settlement and to ensure discrepancies are properly resolved.
- Reviews all processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Manages the day-to-day operations related to Banking activities and transactions.
- Handles the cash forecast process and leads forecast meetings when needed to resolve key deviations.
- Carries out any necessary internal audit reviews and monitors the financial effectiveness of systems and controls.
- Handles the External audit review process by presenting any required data or reports.
- Regularly monitors the completeness and accuracy of records and master files.
- Ensure implementing cost saving practices & advising direct manager on areas of improvement.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 4 to 6 years maximum (Experience In AP is must)
- Graduated from faculty of commerce not institutes
- Very good in Excel and Word
- Has experience with ERP systems
