Job Description

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via email, chat or calls .
  • Identify customer needs to guide and help them use product features or troubleshoot issues for reporting.
  • Ensure full and proper documentation of handled cases, actions taken and tools used according to internal guidelines.
  • Follow internal processes in taking proper actions on systems and tools in order to fulfill tasks. 

Job Requirements

  • 1 : 5 years of experience
