Job Description
- Study and analyze the Tender documents, addendums and answers to clarifications, B.O.Q (Bill Of Quantities) to identify the breakdown of work activities to prepare cost estimation carefully.
- Prepare a database for suppliers, contractor’s offers to keep record of items pricing to improve pricing accuracy in the future.
- Represent the company in the clients’ meetings, including the pre-bid meeting and the opening of the technical and financial offers.
- Review the time schedule prepared to be delivered with tender documents.
- Communicate with suppliers to get technical and financial offers.
- Collect suppliers' offers to prepare comparisons and choose the best one.
- Analyze the Method of Statement to estimate direct and indirect cost.
- Conduct site visits to determine if there are any additional indirect costs, should be taken into consideration, and prepare a sufficient report on it, supported by pictures.
- Prepare tender documents for the assigned tasks to deliver on time.
- Prepare a copy of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) pricing that will be presented to the client, review figures, and punctuate letters.
- Regular review for accomplished contractual deals with sub-contractor to be updated with the market for better pricing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in same field
- Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office and preferably Candy)
- Very Good English Language
- Experience in work activities break down analysis
- Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Infrastructure projects
