Job Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the BDS unit
- Develop and maintain a filing system and database to document project field activities
- Prepare and develop scheduled reports regularly
- Develop and maintain contact lists for project stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries
- Assist field coordinator on field visits and project activities when needed
- Prepare and distribute correspondence emails, memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Job Requirements
Enroot is looking for an adminstrative assistant to support our upcoming MASAAR project. He/She will be stationed in the governorate of Sohag. They should possess the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
- Two to three years of experience in administration or coordination roles
- Advanced usage of Microsoft office•Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
- Ability to multitask and respond to deadlines
- Attention to detail
