Job Description
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Responsible for the negotiation processes.
- Consult clients on market conditions.
- Making market research about the new projects in the market.
- Maintaining contact with clients to have an opening to discuss future business prospects.
- Responsible for adding listings and projects.
- Updating a weekly report (productivity report).
- Hold visits with potential buyers to different project locations.
- Follow up with Development Companies to get updated availability.
Job Requirements
- Good in English.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Real estate experience (At least 3 years of commercial experience).
