Job Description
- Train all accountants to perform their duties as we focus in hiring fresh accountants
- Review all the accounting transactions
- Monthly closing, Review The TB & prepare the financial statements and all the reports that required from top management
- Manage the Company Cash Flow
- Manage our relation with the banks to Facilitate transfer cash to Jordan and solve any Imported shipment problem
- Prepare the monthly Vat Report & upload it
- Record Salary entry on the system and record the required accruals and prepaid expenses
- Register any new asset on the system and run the monthly depreciation
- Managing the budget process
- Work with the new tax consultant provide him with the data to solve any problem with the Tax authority
- Follow with the key customer their credit limit and any deals made with top management
- Analyze all the financial data including (receivable, cash flow, expenses & financial statements
- Report on break-even point and prepare cost volume profit analysis (CVP) that show the required volume and the required margin to cover all costs and contribute to profit & Recommend price increase for any product if needed
- Record any new account in the COA and make the required posing control setup on the IFS system
