Job Description
- Handel manufacturing orders for cutting and sewing, and register the order to the system.
- Make assembly orders for the packaging department.
- Create an excel sheet with all manufacturing & assembly orders, and print copies to the production manager, cutting supervisor and warehousing supervisor.
- Receive the orders from the system after the delivery confirmation.
- Follow-up to close the orders properly in relation to the cutting and sewing Departments and the store manager
- Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule
- Responsible for arranging the shipment schedules, along with reviewing and distributing production work
- Handle a Regular Follow up on work progress and completion dates with the department supervisors, besides compiling reports on work progress, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the same field
- Excellent MS Office user.
- Very good command of English
