Job Description
- We are looking for a live transfer campaign Team leader, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of the calls done by the agents, take a part in the hiring process and will be responsible for the training and onboarding of newcomers.
- You will be responsible for preparing the daily reports and the one on one coaching sessions if needed.
- You will be responsible for the Monthly evaluation of each agent's performance.
- Making sure the team members are hitting their KPIs.
- Attending weekly and Monthly meetings with the client and the management team.
- This is an American account, both inbound and outbound
- The working hours from 04 pm till 01 am
- Working days from Monday-Friday and weekends are fixed “Saturday and Sunday”
Job Requirements
- Fluency in both spoken and written English, as all communication will be in English.
- Team leader experience for not less than 2 years in a call centre or a telesales company.
- Must have your own Laptop/ stable internet connection as it is working from home job
- Must have your own headset
- Able to work from 04 pm till 01 am.
- Multitasker and can reach KPIs.
- Very organised
