Job Description
- Monitor comments, forums, polls and user-generated content on our Facebook Page to determine appropriate forums for publication.
- Enhances and promotes Mobiserve content on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and other high-profile sites.
- Checks website for any quirky, interesting stories that warrant promotion.
- Works and checks on all our clients inquires, troubleshooting any errors.
- Promotes content on Facebook page; prepares polls, adds friends and creates other interactive content.
- Makes 3-4 special comments on Social media platform, promoting special content and engaging readers.
- Verifies tweets are working properly, in a timely fashion.
- Participates in special projects as assigned by the Interactive Management team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications or related field.
- 2 years’ experience as asocial media moderator user generated content online.
- Strong understanding/knowledge of social media sites/blog boards including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and other high-profile sites.
- Familiarity with HTML, Final Cut Pro, SoundForge, Studio, DV and PhotoShop preferred; some exposure and/or working knowledge of Flash, JSP, XML a plus.
- Solid copyediting and writing skills required to capture and engage an interactive audience.
- Ability to collaborate with others throughout the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule to include weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed to support business needs and monitor online content
- Flexible with rotational shifts
- Fluent in English is a must
- Preferably Cairo residence
