Job Description
- The HR Operations Supervisors is responsible for leading all HR and Admin operations team members in their day to day operational tasks and responsibilities. The role holder ensures that all HR and Admin Operations activities are going smooth and good quality services are being provided to our stakeholders, within the approved budgets.
- In order to achieve this, the role holder will be doing a variety of activities that includes but not limited to process creation and process management, setting objectives, guidance and consultation, monitoring and control.
Job Requirements
- 10-12 years experience in HR with last 5 years in a role covering personnel management and admin.
- IT industry is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in personnel management, admin, employee services, government relations and payroll is mandatory
- GCC experience is mandatory.
