Job Description
- Develop and manage the implementation of the United ITS multi-year strategic plan, service delivery goals, annual objectives, and semi-annual tactical plan
- Communicate the United ITS service vision, goals, objectives, capabilities to key internal and external partners, customers, and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships and collaborations with the mother company, other aviation authorities, municipalities, regional agencies, state government, and the central Government
- Manage the delivery of services provided by United ITS using a collaborative, team-based approach to achieving the goals and objectives
- Prepare, prioritize, and manage the annual budget, periodical reports, capital improvement projects, and budget execution aligned with the strategic plan and performance objectives of the division
- Plan, organize, supervise, and control all United ITS resources and activities.
Job Requirements
Education, Formal Training, & Experience (minimum requirements)
- Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, Cartography, or related specialization.
- Master Degree in Computer Engineering OR MBA is preferable
- Ten years of experience in the use of Arc Info, Arc Server, Oracle,
- Android studio, Imagine, C, Web Development Applications, and Avenue
- Programming, CAD or other related computer experience (SDE); and prefer
- Exposure to Personnel Management and project planning
- Additional five years experience directly related to managing GIS projects
- Work History in enterprise solutions
- GIS Training certification or certificate
- Holding a valid driver’s license and private vehicle
