Job Description

  • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments & Take dictation and minutes
