Senior Draftsman

Arch Duties:

• Create technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations.
• Preparing and plot architectural and interior design drawings.
• Preparing specifications based on technical knowledge, given information and / or sketch drawings.
• Preparing tender, construction, as-built & shop drawings for architectural and interior design drawings.
• Producing fully coordinated and accurate sets of drawings.
• collect construction site reports, analyze building codes, and make weight, volume, and stress calculations for the materials to be used. They may also layout interiors, draw landscaping, and represent the architect at the construction site.

MEP Duties:

• Preparation and modification of electrical schematics, point to point
• wiring diagrams, and panel layout in both Auto CAD and Revit in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Interpret MEP plans, sketches, and/or other drawing types in preparation for preliminary layout and detailed installation plan.
• Reading design specifications and technical drawings.
• Provide prompt and accurate progress reports on a regular basis
• Complete accurate project timesheets.
• Provide Revit and CAD drafting support for associates and project managers during the construction phases of various projects.
• Coordinates the ductwork with other trade i.e. structural, piping, and electrical & interior design
• Reading design specifications and technical drawings
• Provide prompt and accurate progress reports on a regular basis
• Performs other related duties as maybe assign by the Superior

Civil: 

• Prepare technical drawings for civil engineering projects, such as bridges, highways, and piping systems
