Job Description
- Arrange and install network hardware and software as directed by IT Manager.
- Screen network performance and report findings to IT Manager.
- Update IT Manager on network status.
- Investigate network issues and blackouts.
- Support and oversee firewall situations in accordance with IT security procedures.
- Configure, install and manage hardware and firewalls at head office.
Work Schedule:
- Sunday to Thursday (2 Days Off)
- 8 AM - 4 PM
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer software/computer systems engineering, network security management, etc.
- A good knowledge of communication protocols.
- Strong familiarity with system security.
- Strong understanding of system working frameworks (Cisco)
- Attention to detail and strong ability to detect network issues quickly
- Capacity to work independently or with little supervision
- Ability to understand management’s business requirements.
- Relevant work experience in a similar position.
