Ground Operations Executive

Job purpose:

You are responsible for ensuring drivers are following their routes properly and making all of their deliveries and pickups. A few of the main duties of a fleet operator are scheduling routes for drivers, complying with driving regulations, training new employees, they also have to prepare reports detailing the effectiveness of the fleet.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To handle all ground operations related to the B2B contracts
• Making sure captains picked up employees on time “Arrival & departure”
• Making sure our captains are complying with Buseet’s rules when it comes to “Adherence, representability, attitude & on ground discipline”
• Deliver trip schedule changes to captains and manage the use of the spare buses.
• Monthly reports for driver’s effectiveness
• Solve captain issues
• Ensure captain journey with buseet is hassle free.
• Receive requests/complaints from captain service representatives and take the right action.
• Schedule driver's on various routes
• Make sure the new buses as accredited safety reports.
