Material Engineer

Monitors stores of materials, components, number and tools through:

• Correctly and completely describes materials and equipment and the number to appear in the orders of purchase and purchase orders and the permissions of receipt and exchange with the same exact description
• Reviews the current description of the materials and modified it to become a correct and complete description
• Monitors the movement of incoming and outgoing inside stores and ensures that these movements are carried out through the application of the documentary course to monitor the materials approved actively needs.
• Emphasizes the daily exchange of warehouses of materials and components and number and tools in appropriate quantities does not exceed the actual need for the project taking into account the nature of the items spent and storage places available in different sections.
• Monitors the various supplies of parts, components and materials and continuous communication with the planning needs in this regard.
• Monitors and follows up the stagnant items and make a monthly report on them and direct them to the concerned authorities to take appropriate measures on them and follow up on them.
• Constantly monitors the stocks of materials and components in different stores through surprise inventory operations for some selected items and take the necessary actions or directives and make a report to do so.

Follow-up orders from different projects in the contracting sector through:

• Daily follow-up of the exchange and addition of raw materials with constant communication with procurement officials and warehouse officials in this regard until they are guaranteed to be followed up.
• Continues to add the mortal and make the necessary preparations in a timely manner so that this does not affect the supply process.
• Prepare a monthly report for purchase orders explaining its position (exchange /addition/mortal/borrowed) and directing it to the concerned authorities to take the necessary actions.
• Distinguishes and characterizes the risks of each activity or service carried out in its destination, as well as assessing the associated risk and identifying the necessary control measures to prevent it or reduce it and register it in the model of inventory, evaluation and control of risks.
• Performs other work assigned to him related to his work in order to achieve the goals.
