Job Description
- Oversee all daily office functions ensuring the organization and staff have a satisfying work environment.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Write letters and emails.
- Order office supplies.
- Collecting any documents and sorts them according to their specific nature.
- Keeping employee/HR files and/or copy for each and every set of transactions and
- Manage and maintain management calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Follow up on end of probation
- Follow up on contract renewals
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience
- Language : English
- Experience in using Attendance Machines.Excellent computer skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent at Microsoft office.
