Job Description

  • Oversee all daily office functions ensuring the organization and staff have a satisfying work environment.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Write letters and emails.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Collecting any documents and sorts them according to their specific nature.
  • Keeping employee/HR files and/or copy for each and every set of transactions and
  • Manage and maintain management calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  • Follow up on end of probation
  • Follow up on contract renewals

Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience
  • Language : English
  • Experience in using Attendance Machines.Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent at Microsoft office.
