Job Description
- Cooperate with quality control, warehouse and other staff.
- Coordinate the production workflow.
- Plan and prioritize processes to ensure maximum performance and minimum delays.
- Determine the amount of fabric, equipment and raw materials required to cover the demand for production.
- Assign workers and other employees to specific production processes
- Shift schedule according to production needs.
- Get output information (amounts of fabric submitted, ratio of defects etc.). Prepare and submit status and performance reports. Keep the papers organized.
- Manage operations in all its phases starting from material and production planning till the stage of storing and delivery of the final product.
- Formulate, monitor and control factory s budget, ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of resources, plus the minimization of cost and the availability of needed resource as and when required. Reviewing control of planned output, budget spending, material efficiency, and engineering effectiveness.
- Check the factory machinery performance for developing the production progress, quality and cutting cost.
- Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.
- Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines.
- Training of staff to maximize output.
- Responds to emergency call out situations and performs standby duty for response on weekends, off hours and holidays according to predetermined schedule
