Job Description
- Providing security and network support for physical networking and firewall services.
- Ensuring network reliability and availability through well-planned and implemented solutions
- Delivering network and security infrastructures
- Developing, maintaining, and supporting networks in NSX
- Implementing networking and VXLAN technologies
- Monitoring the automation of network deployment and configuration, along with the integration of infrastructure (computer/storage) automation
- Configuring and monitoring network security layers
- Monitoring integration with other software-defined networking technologies
- Improving network manageability and scalability
- Supporting the operations and maintenance of the VMware virtual infrastructure
- Maintaining VMware vROps and reporting for confirmation, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
- Improving customized outlines using NSX, vRA, and vRO to automate and simplify tasks
- Backing up virtual machines and supporting virtual machine infrastructure
- Monitoring Up/Down NSX Manager, NSX Controller, Distributed Router, LB & other associated all Edge devices
- Manage NSX Manager
- Manage NSX Controllers
- Manage Transport Zone
- Manage Logical Switch
- Add Services to Logical switches
- Manage Logical (Distributed) Router

Job Requirements
Skills and knowledge required:
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to explain technical issues to non-technical people
- Able to work out of business hours.
- Participated in large-scale migration to Exchange 2019.
- Exceptional customer support skills.
- Skill in working independently.
- Skill in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and demands.
- Skill in working in fast-paced, stressful environments.
- Excellent over-the-phone troubleshooting skills with vendors, clients, and partners.
Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology OR equivalent Certificate
- 2 or more years of experience of NSX
- 4 or more years of experience of VMware vSphere
- Very good command of writing and reading English
