Job Description

We are looking for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Admin/Developer focused on the redesign and support of our CRM solution. The individual should be familiar with software implementation and structured implementation methodologies. As part of this role, you will be deeply involved in testing, training and implementation of the CRM Dynamics applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology.
  • Understands business process and relates knowledge to product functionality by providing technical guidance concerning implications of application development projects.
  • Customize workflows.
  • Identify creative work-around to meet requirements with or without the development of custom code.
  • Train and support business personnel on the usage of Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training).
  • Stay current on Dynamics CRM releases, advise organization on release schedule and associated business risks.
  • Implementing profile and role hierarchies with object and field level security in mind.
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Integrate data storage solutions using SQL Server Database.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Troubleshoot Dynamics CRM errors and performance-related issues.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Entities, workflows and configurations.
  • CRM Solutions file Management.
  • Integration development.
  • Reporting & Dashboards.
  • Web Resources.
  • Experience in customization, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML and SQL Server, including plugins, scripting and form creation.
  • Experience with the CRM API, web services REST.
  • Understanding of the Dynamics 2016/365 CRM data model and at least 1 year designing, creating, customizing and configuring Dynamics 2016/365 CRM solutions, including innovative module solutions using both core CRM capabilities as well as custom XRM solutions..
  • Able to work with different platforms (Web-Mobile).
  • Able to learn to implement new technologies quickly.
