Job Description
Main Role: to identify and follow up on new leads and clients within the company's business scope.
Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Responsible for creating and implementing effective business plans in light of the company's vision with an emphasis on analyzing various market trends and identifying potential clients and projects.
- Identify new market trends
- Identify best practice and innovative systems that advance the company
- Submitting the documentation regarding company’s capabilities in order to get pre-qualified / enlisted for general or particular projects.
- Conducting marketing research to identify commercial opportunities.
- Market analysis & Client Segmentation.
- Studying company product profile and operations to understand its marketing needs.
- Supporting in creating communications programs that effectively describe and promote SCAS and its products including graphics, brochures, company or product fact sheets, logos, or other promotional products.
- Supporting with key local and/or international events focusing on Construction
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Attend and/or arrange for meetings, conferences and industry-related events.
- Conducting marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities.
- Report on successes and areas requiring improvement.
- Ensuring company branding is implemented via various communication channels/material.
Job Requirements
- Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Architecture-Fine Arts-Interior Design
- Experience +7 years within same role in the construction field mainly fine finishing and fit-outs.
- Sound Knowledge of Marketing and Business Strategies.
- Sound Knowledge of construction with an emphasis on finishing and fit-outs.
- Sound knowledge of design, drawings and material.
