Job Description
- Participate in the planning, design, execution, and documentation of laboratory studies related to process development.
- Perform and optimize processes for purifying recombinant proteins(FPLC/HPLC chromatography, ultrafiltration, diafiltration, etc.)
- Perform biochemical and functional characterization of recombinant proteins.
- Conduct studies to evaluate and improve the quality and yield of recombinant proteins, ranging from lab-scale to pilot plant and manufacturing scale.
- Maintain records of experimental results and contribute to the writing of SOPs, protocols, and procedures according to, GMP/GLP standards.
Job Requirements
- A degree in protein biochemistry or any related field.
- Experience in protein expression and purification.
- Experience in enzyme activity or specificity optimization.
- Experience with basic molecular biology techniques: plasmid constructions, Molecular cloning, Western Blot, ELISA, Chromatography.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in English.
- Participate in the planning, design, execution, and documentation of laboratory studies related to formulation and fill/finish process development in support of product commercialization.
