SASA is hiring a Sales Coordinator/Online Merchant
This candidate will be responsible for coordinate sales-related activities and moderation of online orders on different platforms.
Job responsibilities:
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
- Handling orders by Website, Facebook and phone adding all orders on Excel sheets and operate them within our factory.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments such as shipping company, ensuring sales and financial statements.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records and preparing sale reports.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in finance/accounting major or a related field.
- 1 or more years experience in financial statements.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
- Great skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, Etc.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to multitask works in a fast-paced environment, and meets deadlines.
