Job Description
- Installing, configuring, and administering Oracle Databases (Oracle 11g and 12c, 19c optional).
- Knowledge with EXPDP/IMPDP, SQL loader, Oracle security.
- Oracle RAC/ASM installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting issues.
- Experience with RMAN-managed backup/disaster recovery/standby server recovery.
- Oracle DB patching, cloning, and upgrades.
- Oracle Data guard administration and troubleshooting.
- Exadata environment working experience.
- Troubleshooting performance issues and doing SQL and DB tuning.
- Administration knowledge OSs (Windows and Linux).
DBA in a previous core banking system is a plus.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Ability to manage multiple complex and time sensitive projects simultaneously
- Oracle certified Professional (OCP)
- 8+ years’ experience in the same field.
- Experienced in maintaining distributed Oracle Database System.
- Experienced in deploying Oracle Data Guard for multiple sites
- Experience with Oracle Middleware Administration and Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC).
