Project Engineer

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

Project-Based:
Implementation of projects: Prepare future installations in a lab environment.
Installation and commissioning of the solution at the customer site
User and Administrator training sessions
Identify, log, describe, escalate and follow up until resolution all issues arising during project implementation
Documentation of the installation (As-built)

• Act as a technical focal point towards the customer: listen, understand and communicate with the client regarding his “wishes/ requirements” and report towards his colleagues.
• Perform upgrades and extensions on existing installations
• Interact with the R&D team on the design, built and tests (functional/performance) of new functional blocks
• Act as a technical PM for “small” projects where no dedicated PM is defined.
• Design solutions based on measurement statement
• Report progress planning project/subproject
• Manage technical issues, assure they are followed up and if necessary, escalate with the supplier’s organization until resolution.

Non-Project Based:

• Participate in tests setups required for demo, exposition and/or product validation
