About the Job

We are looking for a qualified Sales Engineer to join our team in Egypt.

He will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing our sales.

He should work to generate leads on daily bases 

Build pipeline and satisfy customers’ needs and requests and reporting to his line manger 

Respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

He should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Study and manage our portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Seeking new opportunities and customers Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales our metrics 
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • At least 2+ Years of experience in IT equipment selling.
  • Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills is a must
  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in communication or equivalent
  • He must have strong data networking and wireless technologies knowledge and experience
  • He must have good relationship with System integrators and End user
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent  in English
  • Have attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Candidate will shadow and report to Regional Account Manager
  • Good Salary and will be based on the experience
  • Candidate should have good knowledge with the new Technologies (IOT, Cybersecurity applications)
