• This team is the client’s global escalation point of contact that coordinates the company-wide response to time critical and emergency escalations. 
• The team investigates and resolves critical incidents to protect the platform and users from integrity abuses, and works to optimize processes and to be organized and equipped to prevent and manage crises.
