Job Description
We're looking for an aspiring junior UI/UX designer to be part of our growing product team that works on user centric and data intensive applications for health care and insurance products.
Responsibilities:
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface specifications, final design assets, and experiences.
- Produce journey maps, sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to solve challenging business problems
- Work with the Product Managers to analyze and quantify the impact of changes made to the app, utilizing product analytics in addition to user testing.
- Define and implement interface design guidelines and a user centered design methodology.
- Communicates regularly with upper-level management to assess opportunities for improvement within the function.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an UI/UX Designer
- UI design portfolio
- Strong Knowledge of Adobe XD
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Detail-oriented
- Critical thinker
- Problem solver and customer-centered
- Good Knowledge in HTML5 & CSS3
- Familiar with Figma, Zipline or invision.
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction.
- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
