Job Description
- Maintains the flow of both electronic , hard and soft copies of project controlled documents, department files.
- Develops and upgrade document control systems and putting them into action.
- Archives , maintains, tracks and retrieves all soft and hard project documents , files and correspondences
- Coordinating document control issues between external subcontractors, service providers and fulfillment houses as instructed,
- Prepares reports regarding the available documents regarding certain projects and/or topics quality issues.
- Maintains confidentiality of soft and hard copies of project documents and files with all levels of the company.
- Uploads , downloads documents to and from archiving system equal to ACONEX
Job Requirements
- University Degree as a minimum
- Three years of experience in records management and document control
- Effective planning and organizational and archiving skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and recall.
- Ability to use and apply Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
- Strong written, oral, interpersonal, , teamwork, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Familiar with the famous archiving system including ACONEX or similar systems
