Job Description
- Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Handles employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manages the Talent Management includes recruitment and selection process, Learning & Development, Career Design,…etc.
- Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develops and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Ensures a positive working environment.
- Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance to achieve the concept of Performance Driven Organization.
- Maintains pay plan and benefits program.
- Leads the Training team to create & assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Reports to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Other duties & assignments as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Must be highly experienced in the FMCG field.
- 10+ years of experience, and at least 5 years as an HR Manager.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Very good English command
- Excellent MS Office user.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law & best practices.
