Job Description

  • Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Handles employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manages the Talent Management includes recruitment and selection process, Learning & Development, Career Design,…etc.
  • Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develops and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensures a positive working environment.
  • Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance to achieve the concept of Performance Driven Organization.
  • Maintains pay plan and benefits program.
  • Leads the Training team to create & assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Reports to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Other duties & assignments as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Must be highly experienced in the FMCG field.
  • 10+ years of experience, and at least 5 years as an HR Manager. 
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Very good English command
  • Excellent MS Office user.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law & best practices.
