Job Description
- Responsible for handling full recruitment cycle for blue & white collars.
- Post job advertisements and explore new recruitment channels.
- Screen received applications to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone, Skype, headhunt, and in-person interviews.
- Administer and coordinate assessment center (English test, and technical if applicable)
- Interview applicants for entry & senior levels and preparing scoring reports (with HR Manager).
- Prepare shortlist and schedule for a technical interview.
- Prepare, modify, and send job offer emails for accepted candidates.
- Coordinate the hiring process end-to-end
- Responsible for the summer Internship Program by interviewing, assessing, and allocating trainees in suitable departments according to their academic background and capabilities.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Host and participate in job fairs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment processes in the wood manufacturing field is a must.
- OD experience is a plus.
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent user of MS Office.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
