Job Description
- Prepare the customs documentation process.
- Handling the containers movement procedures after loading.
- Ensure container movement from customs as quick as possible.
- Coordinates with suppliers the quantities of the supplied materials and the terms of delivery.
- Assist in Negotiating payment terms and delivery methods.
- Arranging with the supplier the required documentations for goods clearance.
- Assist in Follow-up on the clearance procedures & documentations receive and ensuring the arrival of the shipments in good conditions to the sites.
- Bid assessment and cooperating in taking decisions on best offers provided.
- Maintain section operational documents and reports.
- Coordinating among different departments (Supply, Demand, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance) to ensure smooth operation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
