Job Description
- Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including managing internal network, VPN, Microsoft Active Directory, and system backups.
- Ensures systems, processes, and methodologies are maintained, effectively monitored, controlled, and support of service delivery.
- Monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of the network infrastructure.
- Assists in establishing standards & best practices in managing internal infrastructure including network, access points, desktops, and servers.
- Designs, develops, implements, and coordinates IT systems, polices & procedures.
- Identifies issues and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner.
- Direct involvement in incidents & problems that cause service impact and acts as an escalation point.
- Plans and implement upgrades needed to maintain effective IT operations.
- Manages the performance objectives and professional development of the technical support team.
- Prepare and update reports requested by the Engineering Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’ degree (Computer Engineering is a must).
- more than 5 years of Total Experience in the IT Field (min 3 in a similar Position), including (software, hardware, network administration, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, Operating Systems, routing and switching, virtual machines, Database, API’s, Servers, Firewalls, Integrated Technologies, Web Design, and Development, Programming, Testing, Documentation, Quality, Backup, Project Management).
- Excellent time management skills, and the ability to effectively document PCs and network problems and their associated solutions for future reference.
- Reporting Skills
- Very Good Leadership skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Experience with an ERP system is a plus.
- Very Good English Level at least.
- Age: 30 – 38.
