Job Description
- Note: Work location is Almaza Bay - Marsa Matrouh
Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for the Rental division (arrange bookings – unit’s inspection – handling online process – tenant accessibility coordination- Etc…
- Communicates to Security & FM all Living Zone guidelines for works being done, so as to ensure their enforcement and take the necessary precautions.
- Communicates with owners who have committed violations (enforcing Community Rules).
- Communicates with owners when they have any requests or complaints.
- First responder to any violation recorded inside the compound.
- Main gate access control.
- Responsible for undelivered units client tours.
- Supports sales team during sales tours (if required).
- Responsible for security clearances required by contractors during finishing season.
- Follows up with contractors on units modifications if present.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 - 5 years experience, preferably in the real estate field- Customer Facing - PR Public Relation -Elite Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Presentable.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
