Job Description

  • Note: Work location is Almaza Bay - Marsa Matrouh

Main Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the Rental division (arrange bookings – unit’s inspection – handling online process – tenant accessibility coordination- Etc…
  • Communicates to Security & FM all Living Zone guidelines for works being done, so as to ensure their enforcement and take the necessary precautions.
  • Communicates with owners who have committed violations (enforcing Community Rules).
  • Communicates with owners when they have any requests or complaints.
  • First responder to any violation recorded inside the compound.
  • Main gate access control.
  • Responsible for undelivered units client tours.
  • Supports sales team during sales tours (if required).
  • Responsible for security clearances required by contractors during finishing season.
  • Follows up with contractors on units modifications if present.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3 - 5 years experience, preferably in the real estate field- Customer Facing - PR Public Relation -Elite Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
