Job Description
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with tax audits and tax declarations
- Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports
- Review and analyze financial data and create reports on financial status based on the analysis results
- Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure
- Participate in department’s goal-setting activities and month-end and year-end close processes
- Good experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a chief or senior accountant at least for Four years.
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- In-depth understanding of IFRS.
- Awareness of business trends
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements
- Experience in budget creation for your own department to coordinate team training and certifications
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- MUST Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Microsoft Dynamics and QuickBooks.
- E-payment background
- MUST Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
