Job Description

You will be working in an Eye Center at Gameat El Dowal El Arabia Street, Sphinx Square, Mohandessin

Job summary involves the following: 

  • During clinics you will help the doctors with the Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and filling in the patients data in the EMR during eye patients examinations.
  • Assist the doctors in receiving patients, direct them to stations and distribute patients through the clinics and investigations units.
  • Print out the prescriptions, investigations and surgeries requests.
  • Type medical reports.
  • Supervising the staff and doctor's clinics making sure his appointments are scheduled correctly, and the clinics are running smoothly, and patients are taken care of appropriately.
  • Gathering feedback from patients to see what can be improved
  • Translate medical reports to English/Arabic.
  • Supervising the clinic and reporting any problems with the clinic in his absence.
  • Supervising surgery schedule to make sure it runs smoothly.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent English writing, typing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Living near Mohandesseen.

Admin Skills:

  • Administrative Support.
  • Appointments & Calendar Management.
  • Meetings and events planning and organization.

Other Skills:

  • Representable and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships with staff
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently, as a team member, and under professional supervision.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English Languages (writing and speaking)
  • Effective Time Management & Communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word /Google Docs
