Job Description
- Provides research, factual information, counsel, and guidance on basic legal questions or issues, usually in support of more senior legal advisors.
- Assists in analysis of issues to identify legal problems.
- Prepares initial drafts of legal documents. Examines documents for legal sufficiency.
- Receives assignments from senior legal advisors.
- Responsible for legal investigation in the company
- Handle the communication externally with governmental entities .
