Job Description
- Oversees and monitor daily and monthly computer operating systems.
- Design, implement and ensure efficient maintenance and ensure compliance to all disaster recovery plans.
- Assist technical staff to check and ensure resolution of all issues to achieve all objectives.
- Oversees backup of information and data to ensure recovery in event of system breakdown.
- Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines.
- Oversee data and system security operations.
- Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software.
- Determine availability of systems and IT network application process.
- Prepare and review all Service Level and Operation Metrics and KPI scorecards for service delivery.
- Contribute in internal audits to verify the security and efficiency of an organization’s network
- Negotiate with outsourcers, vendors and contractors for technology-specific products and services secure.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- CCNA, RHCE Certifications are desirable.
- A minimum 10 years’ experience in a combination of systems administration, Service desk, networking, security and technology jobs.
- Excellent understand the fundamentals of security, data storage, hardware, software, networking and IT management frameworks.
- Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis.
- Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation.
- Good understanding of ITIL practices.
