Job Description
Signmanage Group LTD is looking for Help desk support. Candidates must know two of the following languages (Arabic - English - French) In this role, you will be responsible for business-to-business (B2B) support by replying to Emails and live chat to support the agency's requirements, processing inquiries, and follow-up status of their inquiries
Responsibilities:
- Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues.
- Provides external and internal customers with requested information.
- Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to agents, explaining and providing possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Job Requirements
- Experienced in the industry of travel and tourism
- Experienced in the ticketing details and procedures of reservations
- Good knowledge in the terms of aviation and tourism
- Strong computer skills, proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to manage multiple web-based applications at one time
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
