Job Description
- Identify, conduct, and assist with staff training needs.
- To provide guidance and development to assigned staff and encourage individual development.
- To liaise with HR Manager to ensure the HR strategy links to the overall strategy, external good practices and business specific requirements.
- To drive the development, review and approval of the specific strategies for recruiting, learning and development.
- To ensure the new HR operating model and the HR strategy is explained and promoted to staff.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- 1-4 years of experience in HR in a multinational company, prominent local company, or law firm.
- Fluent in written and spoken English Arabic.
