Job Description

  • Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
  • Responsible for many customers account from A class customers to C Class
  • Follow up on customers orders on weekly basis
  • Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance
  • Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Coach, mentor and discipline customers
  • Design and implement filing systems
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
  • Design and implement office policies and procedures
  • Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
  • Monitor and review internal processes
  • Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
  • Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
  • Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings

Job Requirements

  • 2+ Years of experience
  • Required age and experience: 21-25 years old with experience of 2 years minimum and more.
  • Accommodation: Preferable candidates that live around Sheikh Zayed – 6 of October- Faisal- Giza Area .
