Job Description
- Responsible for create & implement Virtual servers, maintain system sustainability, check backup, troubleshoot system problems, and support help desk team to ensure that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly.
- Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware
- Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues
- Updating virus protection software to keep data and communications protected
- Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks
- Communicating networking issues to other employees and management, especially in training new users
- Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems
Job Requirements
- BSc of Computer Science/ Information System
- 5 - 8 years of experience
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator
- Certified CCNA ( or study )
- Excellent firewalls knowledge (Sophos, fortigate, .etc.)
- Excellent knowledge in security cameras , time attendance machines and access control
- Excellent knowledge in cabling and rack installation
- Excellent knowledge in back-up solution
- Excellent knowledge in storage solution (SAN storage)
- Excellent at hardware and software knowledge
- Knowledge with Hyper-V and Linux System
- Certified MCSA (or study ) “Fileshare , group policy & Hyper-V”
- Network Security (Firewall, Proxy, Policies, Intrusion Detection/Prevention & DMZ).
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning as well as present to management
- Handling network and security Tickets and incidents
- MS Office365 & Azure Background
