Job Description
- Design and develop network solutions, including LAN and WAN connectivity.
- Troubleshooting and resolving network problems in a complex environment. high complex network customer faults.
- Manage external communications with vendors and service providers.
- Perform technical & management escalation as implied by the escalation process to ensure security tasks are progressing toward resolution and/or completion.
- Set action plans for the new active projects.
- Perform service changes by assessing risk and implementing requests reported within the agreed change management process through official Change tools.
- Resolve service problems by performing root cause analysis and designing action plans for unknown errors
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Passive and active knowledge in the network is a must.
- Very good in English.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience on wired/wireless network solutions and technologies, including Juniper and Aruba platforms.
