Job Description
- Collect and save the supporting documents of all transactions such as importation process, cost, financial data, tax.
- Assess all accountants in terms of applying internal financial policies, procedures, accounting standards and tax laws and regulations Audit, Examining and Review financial statements, financial record, company accounts, financial transactions, invoices, taxes documents.
- Review customer invoices to ensure that comply with all company's provisions and policies.(such as prices, discounts, quantities and taxes)
- Check randomly and periodically the daily movements and banks accounts for all companies are matching accounting program record.
- Verify randomly and periodically documents and validity of signatures on all financial, importation and taxes transaction.
- Stocktaking and companies safes randomly and periodically to compare it with the accounting program.
- Review all cost movements to compare it with accounting program records randomly and periodically, and Review all the import movements carried out by supply chain representatives.
- Facilitator and company representative with all external auditor.Responsible for review social insurance and payroll taxes in terms of impacting in companies tax, and Responsible for the tax status and submitting all tax report on the time required (VAT - payroll taxes - general taxes) for all subsidiaries of OLIS.
- Report of any differences, discrepancies detected or fraud indicators.
- Prepare and update regular reports and explain audit findings and recommended solution, follow up errors in his/her area of work to ensure corrective action is done.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of accounting or other closely related subject
- Experience at least 3 years and at least 1 year experience at audit office is preferred
- Proficiency in various computer programs related to accounting
- Skills in time management and task completion
- Top notch oral and written communication abilities
