Supplier Relationship Manager

• We seek a talented and dynamic person to join our global supply chain team, who can develop and manage our sourcing strategies, relations with a multitude of global suppliers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage direct relationships and drive engagement with partners (negotiate new partner agreement terms, renewed agreement, annual plans, new to market products strategy).
• Drive new partner engagement strategy and execution for the market entry, including (Business plan, products launching, annual promotional plan & other activities).
• You will maintain strong and trusted-based relations with recent and new business partners.
• Contribute research, analysis, ideas and information to the development of the new business opportunities plans, presentations & proposals.
• You will be responsible for Purchasing orders management and forecasting incl, placing orders, following up, reviewing all documentation, bank transfers, and overall supplier section requirements.
• Developing Logistics process, oversee the activities of shipping, receiving, and warehouse personnel.
• Work on automation of the supply chain process, process improvement and documentation.
• Developing Service Level Agreements with shipping companies and suppliers.
• You will ensure all import transactions will meet the customs regulations & Egyptian Food Qualities & standardization.
• Following up with the shipping lines, tracking all shipments since orders until delivery and preparing related reports for each import transactions.
• Teaming up with our accounting team to record all purchasing transactions and ensuring updating the relevant files.
• Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
• Developing a KPIs system for the supply chain department and tracking employees’ performance.
