Job Description
- Be responsible for managing and leading continuous improvement projects.
- Develop and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools and methodology throughout the facilitities and processes.
- Drive the standardization of processes and implementation of metrics and best practices.
- Conduct optimization studies and perform detailed engineering analysis of existing facilities, systems & process equipment.
- Lead and support root cause analysis when issues arise and suggest corrective and preventative actions.
- Maintain KPI targets in line with business strategy.
- Assist in the training of staff ensuring that they develop the skills to become subject matter experts in various systems and processes; enabling them to implement and sustain the improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in process improvement field.
- Lean Six Sigma green belt certification would be desirable.
- Planning & Organizing skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent Analytical thinking skills.
- Business Acumen.
