Job Description

  • Managing the inventory of projects.
  • Managing Reservations, Contracts and payment plans.
  • Creating  tailored Payment plans (NPV).
  • Managing broker Contracts and following up on broker claims.
  • Handling the reservation process and making sure that all related documents are present.
  • Prepare sales reports.
  • Makes sure that the reservation process runs smoothly.
  • Keeps Inventory up-to-date for sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Developer experience is a must
  • Sales Operations experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
