Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments of medical clothing and supplies.
- Organize and maintain inventory in accordance with company standards, ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish inventory as needed.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal and external customers.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse to comply with safety and hygiene standards, especially for sterile products.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Implement and adhere to company policies regarding the handling and storage of sterile medical products.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to optimize warehouse operations and workflow.
- Generate and maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse transactions and inventory movements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Department
- 2-5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing or medical supplies environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required by warehouse duties.
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols, especially for handling sterile products.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
- Commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
