The Role

We’re looking for a Partnerships Specialist to grow, manage, and optimize our merchant and affiliate ecosystem. You will own the full lifecycle of partner relationships—from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding, activation, and performance optimization. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Finance to deliver profitable, data-driven growth.The Role

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Finance to deliver profitable, data-driven growth.

 

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Partnerships Specialist located in El Zamalek.

 

  • Identify, source, and close new merchant partnerships (e-commerce and in-store, where relevant) across priority categories.

 

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with merchants, be the primary point of contact for partner performance and growth.

 

  • Negotiate commercial terms (CPS rates, bonuses, exclusives, budgets) to maximize ROI and margin.

 

  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns and seasonal calendars (e.g., Ramadan, Back to School, White/Black Friday), ensuring compelling offers and strong merchant visibility.

 

  • Coordinate with Finance to manage invoicing, reconciliations, and on-time collections; resolve order validations and disputes with partners.

 

  • Stay current on affiliate/network best practices, category trends, competitor offers, and pricing benchmarks.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in partnerships, sales, business development, or affiliate/partner marketing within e-commerce, fintech, or digital apps.
  • Strong Communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; English required, Arabic strongly preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset; proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and analytics dashboards.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to work on-site at the specified location.

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Existing relationships with top regional merchants and agencies.
  • Category expertise in electronics, fashion, beauty, travel, grocery, or food delivery.
